Very polite and thorough. He met us the following day at our new house after we called. He sent us the written report the very next day after taking photos. He is a great photographer, and I recommend him to anyone. His rates are also fantastic.
The home inspector was excellent. He was thorough and walked me through every issue, explaining them in detail in his report. He came out again at our final walk-through at no cost to ensure that all items on our list of inspections were completed by the seller correctly and to let us know about any future issues we should be aware of.
Our realtor recommended that my husband and I go to Michael from Homebridge Home Inspection when we are purchasing a new house. Michael is an extremely personable and professional individual. As soon as he returned, my husband was able to get back home.
I chose Homebridge Home Inspection because Michael had been so kind on the phone. He was friendly, but he forgot about our appointment today. He forgot to do my inspection. Don’t get me wrong, I know sometimes life happens, and I understand that some appointments can’t be kept, but apparently, Michael had rescheduled my appointment without me. When he checked his book and realized his mistake, he did apologize, but he did not try to rectify the situation. He asked if I could reschedule, but I couldn’t. I didn’t. I’ve chosen to go with someone else, who will hopefully show up to an appointment made by them. Or at least call if they can’t make it. Thanks, Michael, for adding more stress to my already stressful home buying experience. I really appreciate this addition to my day.
The inspector overlooked significant foundation issues that have cost us over $20k in repairs so far, and more are needed.
He gives out a very clear and easy to read home inspection report. The price is very affordable. I definitely recommend using Homebridge Home Inspection.
