A graduate of EKU’s construction management program in 2001, an MBA from UK in 2010 both help with the understanding of a home and the business of buying a home.

We really appreciated how thorough and patient John was with us, particularly as first-time homebuyers — he took his time to go through every aspect of the house with us in detail, found so many things that I wouldn’t even have known to look for, and explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand. John is friendly, reliable, knows his stuff, and is worth every penny of the inspection cost. Would definitely recommend his services!

John went above and beyond to accommodate my family’s hectic schedule, responded to my phone calls and text in a timely manner, and addressed all of our concerns.During the inspection he walked my husband and I through every room including garage, deck, and backyard. All of our questions were answered with no hesitation. We had a question about the electrical components within the shed that was used as a work shop. Home inspectors don’t inspect these types of areas since they aren’t attached to the house, but John took time out anyway to help us out and address our concerns.Going through the process of being first time home buyers has been very stressful at times, but we can’t thank John enough for putting our minds at ease and exceeding our expectations by a mile. The home inspection report was very thorough and loved how the report included pictures of everything that needed to be fixed.
