My goal is to provide all clients with premium quality customer service by performing thorough inspection… give clients picture slide show presentation showing over 90 pictures explaining conditions of each picture of…roof, attic, electrical, plumbing, exteriors, interiors, picture under all sinks, around back of toilets, behind laundry appliances, pictures of air conditions temperature, heat temperatures to show if A.C./HEAT in good conditions or need service/repair/maintenance….and many more items to list. Once I am done with picture presentation, I will make sure ALL your question will be answered so you can feel confident that you now know conditions of home your are buying so you can buy with FULL confidence.
