The inspection is scheduled to accommodate your needs as a home buyer or seller. The inspection will take approximately two hours and will be conducted in accordance with ASHI, NACHI and/or our company Standards of Practice. During the inspection, digital photographs will be taken to provide a visual reference to items discussed in the finished report. The completed report will be available to you and your agent within 24 hours of the inspection.

Do not allow this company to come into your home, a potential buyer hired them to inspect our home prior to buying the home, We came home to a hole in the wall and a cracked attic access and a mess left at both damaged locations. Carl (owner) and inspector Brian came to our house a week later after I reached out to them and told us they didn’t make the damage and the potential home buyer did it (even though there real estate agent said otherwise) the damaged happened under there watch and inspection window. This was handled very unprofessionally and gave them.

Highly recommend. Mike Carpenter did our inspection and he was friendly, knowledgable, professional, thorough, and clearly excellent at his job. We were in good hands, and we felt confident that he fairly and accurately assessed the integrity of the house. Worth every penny.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home, and 1st Inspection Services was recommended to us from our realtor. It is safe to say that this company was great. They accomplished everything we asked of them, were punctual, very knowledgeable, professional, and kept us at ease answering all of the questions we had. The work was phenomenal, and we would highly recommend 1st Inspection Services to everyone. This was all done at a great price as well. Marc was our dedicated inspector, and I have to say he was awesome. Nothing but great things to say.
