The Home Detective will perform a thorough top-to-bottom visual inspection of your new home so you can make an educated buying decision. We’ll check the operation of mechanical systems and the integrity of visual structural elements. You will know the strengths and issues of the property as well as what areas to monitor for future maintenance. We will review the operational procedures and maintenance requirements of all major systems. We will identify energy saving methods that will save you money every month. Our findings are reported in a clear and objective report which contains many color photos. There’s a summary of more significant items. You will receive the inspection report via email on the same day as the inspection. We are always available for questions over the months and years following the inspection.

Pat is the best! This guy went above and beyond what an inspector would normally do…he crawled into obstructed spaces to check out attics, and under the house to check out framing, mold, and foundation issues. He caught minor things most people would have missed, and stayed much later than normal to answer our questions. I highly recommend you hire him to look at your next home.
