Jim was extremely professional, informative and detailed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. Fair pricing as well!
He explained my home inspection every step of the way and found areas that needed correction in a newly built home that was just placed on the market. Jim exceeded all my expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable and has the customers best interest in mind.
This is only our second home purchasing experience, so I don’t have a lot to compare our experience with Jim to. I will tell you that I am extremely happy we hired him to do the inspection on the house we are purchasing. Very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and man, we had a lot!) In the process, I got the feeling that he really cared about making sure we knew what we were looking at, and all the causes and possibilities. I really hope this is our last home purchase, but if it’s not, I’ll definitely be giving Jim a call to inspect the next one we look at as well. If you want a knowledgeable, caring, professional person to make sure what you’re buying is safe, call this guy. Seriously.
