I am Andrew Torgerson, the owner and one of the inspectors for 360 Home check. I have a beautiful family with a supportive, hardworking wife and 4 amazing children. I have spent most my life in the construction field. I have jobs in all fields along with building houses from the sewer system and foundation to the finishing of a home. I know currant building codes and what is expected for the age of the home. All inspectors that work for me are required to know the same. So when you hire 360 Home Check you are getting knowledge and experience with a great price.

In the end, we were VERY pleased with Andy, his kindness, his responsiveness, and his knowledge. I could hang out with him for hours. He’s easy to get along with, super professional, and incredibly thorough.

Andy was very professional and knowledgeable went the extra mile to check things for our new construction home. He was on time and not once did we feel like we were being pushed into more services. We will never use anyone else, if you are on the fence on who to have inspect your home do yourself a favor and call Andy there’s not a better peace of mind than knowing your home is sound and everything is up to par and safe. We will be recommending them for sure!! And to top it off he’s super nice and easy to talk to!!

He was fantastic and thorough, I knew I wanted him to do my next home inspection for the home I am buying in February. As always, he was prompt, professional, and thorough. He walked me through the home explaining anything to look out for, he even explained to me how to use my new water softener (which I’ve never owned one before.) Such a great home inspector you can trust, I recommend him and his business whenever I hear any of my family and friends that are buying a new home.
