Patrick and Natasha are AMAZING — very thorough, responsive, kind, and communicative. I can’t recommend them enough. They are very transparent and took their time explaining each detail (again and again when I didn’t understand initially). I could ask them a million questions and they were eager to listen and answer. Great people — I would highly recommend to family and friends.

The inspectors were very thorough and produced a detailed report. I feel they discovered potential issues an average inspector would have missed because they took their time to examine every inch of the property. The report is absolutely priceless! A wonderful tool to negotiate resolution of major issues before acquiring ownership, and also provided a comprehensive to do list that will start a regular home maintainable routine. There’s a good reason this company came highly recommended, they were worth every penny and then some!

My husband and I used this company for our home inspection in the home-buying process. They were both so open, communicative, responsive, engaged, thorough, and caring, which was very important to us as first time home-buyers. They also had our report ready the next day! Very attentive and kind folks that we couldn’t be more thankful for.
