But that’s not what sealed the deal – about three months in, I was having trouble with the dishwasher latch. I asked Brandon if he remembered anything about it and he came back to my house to check on it. A YEAR AND A HALF after my original inspection, I emailed Brandon to ask for a copy of the inspection, as I had misplaced it. He asked if we were having any problems and I told him about having issues with frozen pipes in the Master Bathroom.

Very thorough and comprehensive work. Reports are extremely detailed in words and pictures. Very knowledgeable in their field. Absolutely top notch.
