Mike Anderson did a pre-inspection for our home before we placed it on the market, as well as, an inspection of our new home we recently purchased. In both inspections we found Mike to be professional and thorough. He patiently answered all of our questions, and explained things in a way that gave us valuable insight. This allowed us to be proactive and mindful of not just the home’s current state, but repairs and overall maintenance we should plan on in the future. We received a full report less than 24 hours after the inspection, which was appreciated since we had deadlines within our contract. In addition, we felt that the price was competitive with other home inspection companies. Overall, my husband and I felt prepared and confident moving forward in our home purchase because of Mike’s outstanding service. We would highly recommend 4 Corners Home Inspections, and will use this company for future home purchases.

. I’m not especially knowledgeable about construction and home maintenance as I’ve never owned a home before. Mike was extremely thorough in his inspecting and also patient and clear in explaining what I’d need to know about everything he was looking at and what steps to take in repairing, monitoring, or maintaining. Under special circumstances of inspecting during the COVID shutdown, he provided me with mask and gloves so I could attend and participate in the inspection with him.
