The inspector showed up and performed inspection. Sadly, the inspector missed that the floors were buckling and will need to be replaced. This is going to cost at minimum $6k-$10k. These people are not incompetent, they simply do not care about you or their work. I cannot recommend 4sqare.
Just had Greg inspect my potential first home and not only did he get me scheduled within a week of calling (even in this market), he took all the time necessary to answer my numerous (probably repetitive) questions and provided excellent suggestions and advice for moving forward with this home.
