I had my new home inspected and thought Aaron did a great job. I met him at the house and he went through areas of concern with me. He was friendly and professional. The report he gave me was thorough and helpful.

Sold a home in Lakeside, Buyer used 406 Home Inspections Pros and we had a very good experience. Unbiased, professional assessments of issues. Clear concise reporting of unsafe or unserviceable conditions without unnecessary conjecture found in some reporting Ive seen before.

Contacted 406 HIP based on recommendation of realtor friend for inspection of a home I was purchasing. Co-owner Theresa was extremely pleasant and very informative on the phone. Set up appointment and since I am out of town, I had my son meet the inspector, Aaron, at the house. During the inspection, other co-owner, Robin showed up as well. I had prepped my son with questions and points I wanted covered and both Aaron and Robin were very responsive. I actually received the report the same night and was thoroughly impressed with the product. It is very nicely laid out and there is a more condensed version with “Recommendations” and the more complete “Full Report”.
