We recently used Matt for our inspection during the process of purchasing our home. The inspection was very thorough and the report was easy to read! He brought to our attention any necessary improvements that needed to be done and made sure if we had any questions that they got answered. Would definitely recommend 406 inspections.
We are new to the area and hired Matt at 406 Inspections to complete a home inspection on a log cabin. The process of purchasing this home has been overwhelming but Matt provided a detailed report quickly, discussed his findings, and answered all of our questions along the way, both during and after the inspection. Because of his findings, we were able to move forward in the process with greater confidence as informed buyers. He pointed out both the good and the bad so we knew exactly what we would be dealing with in the future. Because of his knowledge, thoroughness, attention to detail, and answering all of our questions completely, we will be recommending him in the future and will hire him again should we consider purchasing another home in the future.
