I contacted Rick to schedule an appointment and he was very responsive and provided great availability schedule. It was really great working with Rick, this was my first inspection and Rick was so patient with all my questions. Rick did not rush through the inspection. He took the time to inspect all areas of the home and provide feedback and recommendations for now and the future. I highly recommend him for your home inspections.

As a first time home buyer, he was very knowledgeable and educated me on every step along the process. His report following the appointment was complete and comprehensive and gave me all of the necessary information I needed purchasing this home.

Buying a home is stressful enough but finding quality inspectors is like finding a needle in a haystack. Rick is that needle. His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail is unmatched. During the inspection he did not hesitate to make us feel as comfortable as possible, left no stone unturned, and answered every question we threw at him. Resulting in an informative experience we honestly couldn’t receive anywhere else. At the end of the process, Rick gave us a detailed overview of the inspection that was easy to follow. And ultimately, gave us the confidence to move forward in our home buying process. Currently, the hectic housing market makes it difficult to find professionals that will do a decent job. My wife and I searched and searched for an inspector that would take the time to walk through and explain what we were buying. And in finding 4SITE and Rick, our search did not go in vain. We didn’t find a “decent” professional, we found a great one.
