Limiting people attending inspections. The CDC recommends fewer interactions between people to reduce the spread of the virus. To that end if we all work to keep the inspections to a minimum amount of people we will all be doing our parts. We can also do an inspection without you present if you are comfortable. We provide the same final report and can do a facetime/video chat/phone walkthrough of the inspection and answer any questions you have from the comfort of your home.

Dave was great to work with. He saved us thousands of dollars on a house where the homeowner was trying to essentially rip us off on septic repairs. His attention to detail is was really sets him apart from other inspectors and was well worth the price. I will use his business again and recommend would recommend others to as well.

Dave has been doing inspections for my buyer and seller clients for the past 2 years and is excellent. I have seen a number of inspectors at work in my 14 years of being a Realtor and I and all my clients have been extremely pleased with his ability, honesty and thorough reports that help guide both my seller clients before they list a property and my buyer clients as they are buying a new home. He is a 5 star inspector in my professional opinion.

David was fantastic. He was thorough, professional, and helped us to fully understand everything that he came across. Also, he has a great working relationship with others such as Quimby Septic which streamlines home inspections. When shopping for a new home, his inspections helped us avoid one that needed quite a lot done and gave us more confidence in the home we hope to buy. We wouldn’t go with anyone else.
