He was extremely responsive and very nice to deal with. The inspection was very thorough and had ample pictures to assist in review. I am moving from out of state and was not able to be present for the inspection. Mike gladly took over 2 hours the day after the inspection to review with me via phone as if I was there to ensure I understood everything. I would happily recommend them to others and will certainly use them for any inspection needs in the future.

Very professional and thorough! Mike is very friendly and really takes the time to explain his findings to the customer. As a first time home buyer I really appreciated that he explained everything to us and even had pictures with explanations of what he found. The report we received was easy to read and understand!
