Growing up in a big family Dillon was always around construction. Growing up and spending several years working for his uncle who built custom homes, Dillon became very familiar with good construction habits, quality workmanship, and the knowledge needed to propel him in his line of work, property inspections. Knowing that his name and reputation are what matter most, he takes pride in every inspection he performs. Regardless if the home is large or quaint, you can be assured it’ll have the exact same attention to detail the rest of his property inspections have been given.

Dillon did a great job with our home inspection. He was very thorough and efficient. He also responded quickly as we only had a few days to get the inspection done. Dillon was patient and answered all of our questions.

Dillon was great. We had to change our plan and canceled. Then we rescheduled, Dillon worked with us. He was understanding and had no problems with it. He communicates very well and did great job at inspecting the property. He did an excellent job in the time frame he said he would do it. The report was very clear and concise. We took the opportunity to added extra inspections that was offered and 5280 Property Inspection found problems and we were able to get repairs agreed before the property became ours. The servises that Dillon at 5280 Property Inspection offer is excellent. A great value for the cost. With out a doubt I would use or recommend this company to anyone who needs this service.

There was some confusion with our initial paperwork when scheduling, but it was an error entering the address that was not done by 5280, which we later discovered, and everything was taken care of in time to still keep our original inspection time. Ross, our inspector, was extremely friendly and spent extra time on the HVAC and furnace to complete the inspection properly.
