Our refrigerator began leaking refrigerant and the chemical smell was in the air throughout the house. We called A1 Certified, and Carl knew exactly what we needed to get rid of the chemical and the odor. He was knowledgeable, honest with us, and explained what we needed. He went out of his way to bring the machines to our house the same day we called, and he charge us a fair price.
Professional, organized, oriented to the details, on time, courteous, established in his field of expertise and driven by facts – Carl is the person I would always relay on to help me if there is any need for the mold inspection. He saved me thousands of dollars with his prompt tests after several crews tried to charge me for non-existing problems.
We hired A-1 Certified Environmental Services to perform a mold inspection in our home, and we were very impressed with every aspect of their service. Carl is obviously an experienced expert in mold inspection, and he does an great job of explaining not only what the testing lab said in their report, but in analyzing the technical results in a way that we could understand not only what the report said, but all of the implications of the conditions that were found.
Twice I called this company for help with air and water sampling, and each time, he was forthright about pricing and his level of expertise. He told me that he was not an expert in the analyses and testing I needed but did not hesitate in giving me names of referrals who would be able to help and other useful information for finding a certified hygienist. He was professional, listened well, and had the integrity to express that I would be better served by using someone else. It is refreshing to find someone that honest and responsive.
He is on point and no drama. He got it done, was professional, and came out the day before a major Holiday, when nobody else wanted to work – I called of his competitors. If you ever have a mold test or environmental need I give Carl and his team my highest recommendation without reservation. You will be very pleased with this guy.
