Mr. Monk was amazing! I sent a request late Saturday night and to my surprise he was calling me Sunday morning to talk more about my request. He was able to get a plumber to come at the same time as him and was able to do it all in our preferred time slot. He was very patient with us as we were first time homebuyers and had multiple questions. He not only let us ask him questions while he was doing the inspection but walk through it all again once the inspection was done. Usually for the inspection report to be delivered the inspector has 24 hrs yet Mr. Monk was super diligent and was able to send it to us 5 hours after the inspection.
Bud was fantastic, answered questions and very thorough. Great inspector!!!
Viewed roof with binoculars, did not see wall vent installed on roof, bad chimney, popped Flashing. Called out nothing on the roof. Discovered very poor wiring after the fact.
