Josh was really nice and helped me understand EVERYTHING that I asked about. Made this whole experience very easy. I came in a bit anxious about the inspection but Josh walked me through the entire thing. Would definitively recommend. He went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and very personable. James did an exceptional job with our buyer inspection. He arrived at the property before we did (ahead of schedule) and got started right away. He explained the entire inspection process and let us tag along and ask questions as he worked. The entire process lasted 5 hours. James did an extremely thorough job and addressed every issue with the house. When the inspection was finished, he went over the report with us and we had the opportunity to ask more questions and get recommendations.
