We’re first time home buyers and our real estate agent highly recommended A Buyers Choice for our home inspection. Dave Johnson was early, very thorough, answered my a million questions, was so friendly & highly knowledgeable with many years of experience. He caught a few things that we were able to notify the sellers to fix. The report was so detailed, it will surely help us as we make minor renovations to our new home! The price was very fair and worth every penny! So glad we included the radon test as well, the house we’re buying ended up needing a mitigation system. High recommend!
We were referred to use A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections by our realtor. Peter was early for our appointment and they handled the sewer line scope, radon test, and full home inspection prior to our offer.
