DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Rich did the inspection on my house. He did not catch so many things that a toddler can catch. He did not catch drain issue that was draining water really slow, missing grout and gap between tile and the baseboard clearly looks like damaged by the water, or constructional miss. Response from Rich Fuechslin- I am not willing to fix anything. You can write a bad review I don’t care.

They provided a wind mitigation for a new roof we had installed. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, they sent email confirmations and reminders of the appointment time, and we got our full report the same day the inspection was completed. Thank you!!
