My husband was deployed so I was terrified of doing everything on my own, thank goodness I found Barry. I ended up having to use him twice and he was prompt with his appointments and his reviews, SO thorough, explained everything to me and even helped me write the list to give to the sellers so I said it correctly. His opinion is gold and he is very kind. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone. I wish he did contract work so I could use him for everything. Absolutely no cons on this one.
His inspections are very detailed including dozens of photos to actually show you what you are dealing with. He is knowledgeable, prompt and personable. It is a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend his services
