If you’re looking for a home inspector in the Houghton Lake area, then you need to talk to Perry at Fresh Look! His report was so descriptive, including multiple pictures of all areas of the home, even of the top of the roof and inside the crawl space. He walked me through the whole house and pointed out each thing he noticed, making the report even easier to understand! He even pointed out things that weren’t broken but that have a habit of needing frequent replacement, which was so helpful for me as a first-time homeowner coming in with very little knowledge. He gave me recommendations for changes I could make, a list of improvements and local places I could go to for help, and even showed me how to use my fireplace! I was even able to use my credit card on the spot when it was finished because he had a swiper for his phone! I would recommend everyone I know to talk to Perry first when looking for a home inspector!

He was on time, beyond thorough and so great at explaining what, how and why. He let me walk through with him on the whole inspection with detailed information about everything. I will definitely be keeping his number for future needs. Thanks!

I can not say enough positive things about Perry and A Fresh Look Home Inspection Services. He was kind, extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable throughout our entire inspection. He spent several hours at our property going over things that will need addressing with our property and provided us with a beautiful full color report on everything about the home which will be a great guide for future home improvements. He has made several recommendations on area contractors to help us with things we can’t fix on our own.
