Our inspections are based on the total finished square footage of the home, including finished areas of the basement. When inquiring about pricing, please provide the city and zip code of the home.

Not all services are available in all areas, and pricing may vary in some areas we serve due to the availability of services.

More appropriately called a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection. Our termite inspection company will check for termites, carpenter ant infestations, and wood bees. Results will be available at the end of the inspection.

Rex is the only home inspector I will ever use. I have used him on multiple properties and on more than one occasion it has been mentioned to me how impressive and incredibly thorough he is. Rex has always provided me with in-depth detail and solutions and has always given me peace of mind knowing I can 100% trust the knowledge he has pertaining to the work he is doing. My wife and I greatly appreciate everything Rex has done to make our home-buying experience as smooth as possible with the impeccable work he has provided in his home inspections.

Rex was absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I are buying a house for the first time and he went over everything with us. He had us walk through with him and he took the time to explain what he was looking at and looking for. He answered any and all questions we had to the best of his knowledge. He was personable and friendly. We felt completely comfortable with him as our inspector and we would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!
