I needed a last minute inspection for a house I could be purchasing and Juan was able to move things around and accommodate my schedule. Joe and Diego inspected the home. They were both courteous and knowledgeable. They let me use a moisture reader for me to check out a couple of areas I was concerned about. They inspected the entire house and gave me a summary at the end and let me know the full inspection would be sent to me the same day.
Two people came out to do the inspection which was very thorough and took about 2 hours. At the end they gave a good summary of their findings along with a more detailed electronic report later in the day. Very impressed with their service and the hundreds of positive reviews are a reflection of that.
This was not the first time I have used them for a home inspection they are very professional and one of the few companies that actually use two inspectors. This time it was for a new construction which they where still able to find a few items that the builders missed. They are always professional and very detailed and reasonable priced. I love that they are Veteran owned and will explain important things like where the main water shut off is located in the home. The inspection report was very detailed including pictures and was emailed within hours after inspection was completed.
