Ryan was there early, was prepared and did a very thorough inspection, he got the report back to us in the same day and the price was good. Would recommend him to any first time home buyers. He was professional and asked if we had questions/explained things several times. The only thing I would of wanted different was in the inspection if there was a replace category along with the repair category
He explained what he was looking for and provided guidance on things to watch for in the future. His report was very well written and easy to read with excellent supporting evidence of any defects in the home. I was lucky to have A-Max Home Inspection recommended to me by my realtor and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality home inspection.
