Before we hired Paul we asked for a quote as we don’t know any inspectors in this area. Our agent is located in southern CA. We selected him because of the reasonable rate he was giving us. It turned out he was wonderful. Very thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I believe he said he used to be a general contractor. You will effectively receive the knowledge of two qualified experts when he inspects your property. He spent more than 4 hours and 15 minutes in conducting an inspection on our two bedroom house and a separate building/workshop. Highest recommendation possible!

I needed to have a small mobile home inspected quickly, and after calling four local companies, A-OK was not only readily available, they were considerably less $$ than the others. Typically I’m a believer in “you get what you pay for”, but after reading the other reviews I felt comfortable taking the chance, and I couldn’t be happier! Paul and Libby arrived not just on time but several minutes early, they were very thorough, and their report was very detailed and easy to understand. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Their professionalism and knowledge was above and beyond my expectations. They quickly had me scheduled for an inspection and showed up on time. They were very thorough and took their time like it was their house they we’re buying. I hired them after they did an inspection on a house I was selling. I was so impressed that I had to have them inspect my purchase. I highly recommend them.
