A professional home inspection typically takes about 2.5 to 3 hours for a single family home. As additional units are added, additional time is expected. The typical home inspection service provides the client with an on-site Inspection Report on the day of the inspection and the Radon Test Report is typically available 4-5 business days after the date of the home inspection. Clients can ask for custom “Limited” home inspections for a lower rate, if the inspection requirements are different from the normal inspection process.
What you will find slightly different between my website and my competitors, is that I prefer to keep it more personal than the typical “business model” where as I could have purchased the “generic” home inspection data website layout and content layout from some website company. You’ll understand as you venture forward through my website.
Gary is amazing. He works independently and has a contracting background so you can tell he knows his stuff. My boyfriend and I are buying our first house and we had 2 inspections done on different homes by him and he did a very thorough job on both. He answers any question you may have and he enjoys doing it. He also gives tips on inexpensive ways to fix problems that arise on an inspection. He’s absolutely wonderful, I wouldn’t go with anyone else.
We were very impressed with Gary’s attention to detail and thorough method of inspection. He offered a great deal of value by providing insights and tips to fix and maintain various aspects of the home. The report he provided afterwards had everything needed to validate the integrity of the home. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.
