Have your new home professionally inspected by A+ Home Inspections before you buy. This process can save you thousands of dollars on items, which you may be able to have the seller correct.

Choosing the right home Inspection Company can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me to do your inspection. Different companies have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work.

Was early to the appointment and extremely through. By far an awesome report with pictures that point out specific issues. Also included some videos for reference. Very friendly to talk to and always available to answer any questions. Would highly recommend.
