A-Pro does a thorough inspection of the foundation, giving their stamp of approval to the ‘footprint’ of your home when they perform the level survey. I am impressed! Do not trust anyone else!

I had them check out two properties. One of them was pretty far South near Paola. From the time I made the appointment, communication and information was quick and helpful. They were right on time every step of the way! During the inspection Steve was filling me in on every detail he checked. His knowledge was VERY insightful. I thought I had pretty good knowledge to make a good decision on a house, but it has to be said A-Pro are The Professionals. I have to admit, the first house they checked out for me… I wanted that house REALLY bad. I knew it had some “issues”, but what a great house, I thought! I’ll just dump a “little” money into it and it will be great! Reality… A-Pro saved me Thousands and Thousands of dollars, years of buyers remorse, and many sleepless nights. My inspector didn’t try to tell me no. He just gave me an incredibly thorough report, that had in depth detail, and electronic data from various tooling used during the inspection. I consider hiring A-Pro the best decision I made during my entire house buying hunt. Great people to work with! Thanks again!

Many of the other places I received quotes from required that I schedule additional services with other companies (sewer scope/termite inspection), but having that all done and scheduled through them was much easier and knowing they had quality companies they trusted gave me peace of mind. The inspection went quick and they explained every detail/item on the inspection and gave me more information on things I didn’t understand. So helpful! Thank you guys! Will definitely recommend you all to others and use you in the future!
