Matt has over 15 years experience renovating historic DC homes, and specializes in identifying issues often found in older properties.
Matt received his undergraduate degree in business from Texas A&M University and graduate degree from American University.

While the son completed the detailed home inspection the dad inspected the sewer line. As a first time home buyer they took the time to answer my questions and pointed the little things out with recommendations. Highly recommend!

He was very thorough in his inspection of the house we were purchasing and gave us just the right amount of detail we needed to know once complete.
