A to Z Home Inspections

This is the BEST inspector to go through if you have to have a new home inspected. He was promptly at the home when he said he would be, even when our realtor was late because of a misunderstanding he patiently waited for over 20 minutes with us, and finished inspecting the outside of the home while we were waiting. He does not work with any realtors, so he isn’t biased when looking at a home- he will find EVERY flaw and let you know what it is, and how bad. He took his time inspecting the whole home, every area that seemed off was inspected for even longer. He did a great job being thorough! Without him, we wouldn’t have noticed black mold and asbestos in the basement of the home we were going to buy. Luckily, we found Paul through a couple of friends and avoided this mistake. He was also very reasonable with the pricing- he cost less than the inspectors the realtor suggested for us! We will definitely be going through him with our next home. He had a full report on the home and what needed to be fixed by 11am the next day. Don’t make a mistake and not choose him!
