This company has worked for me twice, on two residentials, in the Bullhead City and Fort Mohave areas. The inspector was quick getting back to me, thorough in his inspections, and saved me a lot of money when he inspected the first house. It had so many hidden faults that needed fixing that I withdrew my offer on that property. It’s nice doing business with someone who gives you honest feedback, even if it isn’t what you want to hear.
He made the process easy, accepted ACH payment for his very reasonable inspection fee, and his report was top notch. Definitely recommend Troy and A Tri State Home Inspections.
