I receive my Visa bill today Curtis Johnson did not follow through on what you wrote regarding a refund. Just a small partial refund was given by another consultant and NOT you. Funny, I can not contact you directly. So if this is the way A1 runs there business, it is very poor. Curtis, if I don’t hear from you, social media is very powerful and I will be telling my story on multiple websites on how you falsely did not do the 29 point inspection. That is a promised.

I had my garage door serviced by A1 Garage Door Service Friday, August 23, 2024. The technician was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and did a nice job fixing my door. The problem was that the spring was worn out and needed to be replaced.

Garage door wouldn’t operate. Called on Saturday, they were here on Sunday! Mike Lockwood came and did an amazing job!! Thanks again!

Very pleased with A1 Garage Door Service. Good communication. The technician, Joshua, called from the road to give a heads up that he was on his way. He could not have been more courteous and informative. He kept me updated during the inspection and resultant repairs….so there were no surprises. He patiently explained why the parts needed replacing, and answered all my questions. He was respectful of my garage, and left no mess or old parts laying around. My discount coupon was honored, and everything is in working order. What’s not to like about this kind of service?

Josh Kyle was very polite, thorough, helpful, what he did not know he consulted with his managers. He did a great estimation of the problems, even one that can be easily fixed and gave me a fair estimate of needs. I was very impressed, this guy was great. I would say that he was among the fairest, best, expert advice on the issues with my old garage door. He even gave me information on ways to help stabilize the door to keep from wobbling. I would refer them to anyone. They called, I had to change the appt 2 times and they called ahead to give me an estimated time and called when there.
