Great service, kind folks that are down to earth and will get the job done right!
The thermal camera did pick up a wet spot in one bedroom. Owner is courteous, diligent, and has an excellent work ethic. I called him two months after my inspection and he was very helpful in answering my question. Definitely would recommend this company.
I did not have to wait as Chris was at the appointment even before our scheduled time. He was very friendly with us the buyers and also the sellers being sure to make everyone comfortable. He came with a thermal camera to inspect for any electric or moisture issues in the walls. He did a thorough job on all the floors, the attics and the exterior of the property. He would always ask us if we have any questions or if we would want to spend more time on some floors. He checked the structure and also cosmetic issues. Finally he was very fast with providing us with a detailed report. Thanks again Chris. I highly recommend you!
