Jack McNear has been working in the home inspection industry for 10 years. He graduated from Kentucky State University with B.S. in Civil Engineering. He retired from Kentucky State Government after 28 years where he served various agencies as Project Construction Manager, Director of Construction and Vice President over Construction and Facilities at Kentucky State University.
Jack served in the Marine Corps where he fought in the Persian Gulf war. Following his 8 years in the Marine Corps, he Joined the Kentucky Army National Guard and retired from the military in 2005.

My husband and I were very impressed with Jack and the professionalism of the company. Throughout the inspection he was very thorough in explaining the process to us. He put me at ease and made what I thought would be difficult very simple.
Jack, the owner, is awesome. We had a mixup on the schedule…I thought Wed @ 3pm and they thought Sat @ 9am (we were deciding between the two)…I called at the 3 & Lauren was able to get Jack over there later that afternoon..not many companies would be able to make ‘same day’ appointments. Thanks guys.
