The house we were looking at purchasing had several unique characteristics that required extra attention. Grover happily put in the extra time and even refused additional pay when it became clear to us the amount of time he was going to have to put in. He spent at least 2 hours with us at the house after he finished his inspection going over details with us and we have had multiple follow ups since then (again this ended up being a lot of house, and he did what was necessary to make sure we knew what we were getting into).
Grover Brown was exceptionally thorough, though we paid no more for such service than for competitive rates among inspectors in our area. I was particularly impressed by his report that not only indicated issues of concern, but also offered specific recommendations that included trusted products to resolve those issues. His vast experience lended to our peace of mind to both the integrity of the home and the efficacy of products recommended.
