Having been in the home inspection business since 2006, I’ve seen many fly-by-night home inspectors come and go. I feel sorry for the home buyers that are victimized by these unscrupulous operators.

We used them for a home inspection. David was on time and extremely through. The report we received was very detailed. The pricing was reasonable and about average for the market. In this day and age with the covid19 threat David came prepared with gloves and a mask. I would definitely recommend these guys for a home inspection.
Dave completed an inspection of an apartment building we have under contract. He was professional, on time, and thorough. Would highly recommend.
Did a fantastic job and I am writing this review over 2 months after the this inspection was completed on 07/10/20. I have found very little wrong with my house and then only minor items that were missed in the inspection.
