He was very nice and he explained everything to me in detail. He emailed the inspection report to me within a few hours after he left my house. My real estate agent was very impressed with the inspection report, so I will be using them again. I highly recommend Above and Beyond Home Inspections!
Not only did Dutch help us avoid a house that had widespread issues we would have never identified ourselves, but he confirmed that our second choice was indeed a better one.
