I was very pleased with Jeff’s work. I spent time researching the best home inspector in town and feel confident that I got him. Like other reviews said he completed the inspection and sent a thorough report no more than 48 hours later. Took a significant amount of time after 5 pm discussing the issues with me and my fiance and showing us plenty of pictures. He let us know the things he was most concerned about and was very knowledgeable on every topic we asked him.

He’s the best!!! Jeff identified a water seepage issue under the foundation in a new home! He literally saved me $10,000’s as I was able to terminate the purchase agreement before closing. You’ll be very pleased to find and use a great professional like Jeff for your next home inspection.

Jeff was quick and efficient. He was able to come out when needed and provided and extremely thorough report for our prospective home purchase. Buying the home from a great distance is challenging, and having a very detailed and organized report gave us so much peace of mind and it really helped us identify points we would not have been able to uncover ourselves.

Mr. Jeff Terry spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with me, patiently answering questions and helping me during my first home buying experience.
