My wife & I embraced Wilmington as the most ideal community to live and raise our three children, my being a native may have helped a little. While we knew where we wanted to live, we still gathered all available information and made a cautious & deliberate choice in our home purchase. Mr. Jeff Terry spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with me, patiently answering questions and helping me during my first home buying experience. This was before we even hired him to inspect our soon to be new home. I had been set up with a different inspector, who seemed unconcerned with my questions- which drove me to seek out someone else. Needless to say, I cancelled the other inspector and felt in good hands working with Mr. Terry. He went completely above and beyond to explain every step-including a photo slideshow presentation of his findings and explaining where to go from there. Buying a new home can be scary, and you never know what could pop up, but with Mr. Terry looking over every single detail with a fine tooth comb, he gave me so much peace of mind. Jeff took the time to go over the inspection with me and explain each item to me on a level where I could understand. Jeff’s report helped me with making a decision as well as understand, give me a piece of mind and understand what areas needed attention. Highly recommend.
