Rick is the best inspector you could possibly get! August 4, 2020 6:47 pm

I work in construction and Rick picked up some deficiencies that I overlooked while looking at the house. Any home buyer should feel beyond safe after getting Rick’s inspection report. I would highly recommend Rick and will definitely use him for any other inspections I may need!!

Rick did a fantastic job with our home inspection. As a first time home buyer he was extremely helpful and explained everything to us. On top of taking the time during the inspection to explain things to us, the report we received was very detailed. It had written descriptions, pictures, and videos.

Absolute Assurance (owned and operated by Rick) was probably the best experience I had so far with purchasing my first home. Buying my first home has not been a pleasant or easy process, and as a very anxious person finding a good home inspector was super important. Rick was recommended to us by a family member and he did not disappoint. He arrived early the day of, took numerous videos/pictures/drone footage (yes! he has a drone!) and allowed my husband and I ask as many questions as I needed to ease my mind. Within days we had every report back (I opted to get just about every inspection possible), and the reports were very detailed! He uses a color-coding system so that you can easily see what needs to be fixed immediately, and what is minor. This system helped me not get overwhelmed by the report. Rick is great at communicating with you, providing resources, and definitely exceeded what my expectations were.
