First was with Andy on a investment property and the second was done by Keith on my primary home. On both occasions Andy and Keith showed up at least 15 minutes prior to the inspection to get setup and started. Both were very thorough and helpful for me. They took the extra time to make sure I knew everything they were finding and their suggestions to fix the issue. They really cared and ensured I was comfortable about the investments I was making. On both occasions they were very prompt in returning the inspection reports and we’re sharing a vast amount of knowledge with me. I’d recommend Acadiana Home Inspectors to anyone needing an inspection. I will definitely be using their company again for future inspections on my investments as well.
