Jon was great. I am a first time home buyer and he was very thorough. He walked through different parts of the inspection that I had questions about with great patience. I did a lot of research, and Accredited Home Inspection Services LLC had the best reviews AND price, so I am very happy with the quality inspection.

Jon was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure he saw as much as possible with the home we wanted to buy. He was honest and unbiased, not telling us one way or another to purchase. He called the homeowner to set up the radon test at her convenience. He took care of everything and was able to schedule the inspection at a good day and time for us. He was extremely informative and took time to answer all our questions about what he saw. His report was excellent, easy to read with lots of pictures.

Amazingly well! As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about the inspection process. Jon made me feel comfortable and confident. He arrived early and was professional, polite, and responsive. Jon’s report was thorough and easy to read. I have already recommended Jon to several of my friends and they have used him, too. You will not be disappointed

Jon is very nice and he was very patient to walk through with me one area to another. He explained important things to me about what to pay attention in the future and what I should do for maintain in the future. He was very careful when we were at electrical parts. Jon also arranged me the inspection date very quickly before the Christmas and New year break. The price is very reasonable and I would highly recommend Jon to other people in Madison area.

He was extremely thorough and even gave me general home tips, which I greatly appreciated as a first time home buyer. His report was detailed and well-organized. Due to time constraints, I needed my home inspection done within a week from when I called him, and he was able to fit me in no problem!

Given Covid restrictions, Jon performed the inspection alone, but was happy to go over the report with me and answer any questions I had. In addition to the thoroughness and quality of his report, Jon was friendly and an absolute delight to work with. If I ever need another home inspection, I would hire Jon again in a heartbeat.
