I was highly disappointed …. as I am a seller so I will not go into details the mistakes made on my inspection…. but I am here to make you all aware that when I asked Mr. Purdomme where his mask was when he entered my house huffing and puffing from being outside… he told me “he didn’t need one….. he already had the CORONA and he was not contagious, and his wife was a nurse” …… well she’s not a scientist…… I couldn’t believe it …. in hind sight I should have made him leave ….. BUT I didn’t want to dissappoint my buyers …… It was a mistake … I spent the next 2.5hrs cleaning and wiping off everything in my house….. because he touched EVERYHTING!!!
TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend for home inspection. Jim promptly returned my phone call and was on time for our appointment. He was knowledgeable and have me great advise on the home. I felt like I was talking with a family member as he was walking me thru the home and pointing out things. Thank you Jim!! I will use him again in the future and recommend you do too.
