We chose Stanley because of his extensive experience in electrical as well as his experience in construction. He did an fantastic job at inspecting the first home we were going to buy. He is very detailed and will look through every nook and cranny of the home exterior and interior. In one of the bathrooms, he was able to find that the top bathroom sink was placed on top of the cabinet but not screwed in securely (something that was very unnoticeable and probably installed like that for years without the knowledge of the current owners). We ended up not going with that house and decided on a newer home. We chose to go with Stanley again because of his honesty and degree of work. The newer home did not have major issues like the previous home, but he still found some things that were out of the ordinary. He found a part of the siding of the home, a small side near the entrance, was installed about an inch away from the foundation. His inspections are very meticulous and his reports are detailed. I definitely recommend him and will seek his business the next time I look to buy a home.
