Mike Kimble has been inspecting homes for over 26 years and has completed over 11,000 full home inspections. He is MD Licensed and is required to earn continuing education credits yearly. Mike is on the board of directors with the MD Home Association of Home Inspectors (MAHI) and helps provide educational opportunities to other inspectors throughout the state. He is also a member of the national American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the Greater Baltimore ASHI chapter, the Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST) and the Carroll County Association of Realtors.

I scheduled my inspection and he called to confirm. Subsequently, he had a cancellation and called me to do it in advance which was great. He is also very thorough. Not only does he provide a good inspection, he is also very knowledgeable and explains how everything works in the house. Highly recommended!

An easy 5 stars. Mike performed 2 inspections for us more than a decade ago and we were beyond pleased with his knowledge, attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail. The book he gave me lives front & center on my bookshelf and is referred to frequently. It was a really nice touch. We recently called on him again and were not disappointed in the slightest.
