Being a first-time home buyer there are so many things that you don’t know! And don’t know that you don’t know! I am so impressed with Mr. Hicks. He arrived on time, was incredibly personable, and best of all- our report was back the same day! In the report, Mr. Hicks took the time to detail and explain through written words and actual pictures any issues he found. Everything was done clearly, cleanly, and effectively. He made me so much more comfortable and confident in my prospective home by taking as much time as was needed and never seeming to hurry. He even came back for a re-inspection after some of the repairs had been made in accordance to his report. Mr. Hicks, again, was punctual and a delight to be around. Even though it was a re-inspection, and you’d think that would go faster, he was incredibly diligent in making sure everything was right! Easily the best money I’ve spent while trying to buy a house.
