I have used Ace Preferred Inspections on 3 different properties and I appreciate David Shepard’s professionalism and attention to detail. His level of work is as to be expected out of this fantastic company/organization. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a home inspection as an owner-occupied buyer or as a real estate investor.

We hired this company to perform a Home inspection , our home is approx 3 yrs old. March 7, 2021 5:18 pm

We were told this took approx 4 hours to check out and write a report before we closed with our bank. Ace was only at home for 1 1/2 hours and did not find anything wrong except the HVAC needed some service. We did not go over what they did or did not look as part of their service until we moved in and found our tile in two bathrooms cracking. I contacted them ,was told then they do not look at things like tile in bathrooms. We asked them come back to our home to look at but they refused, I did send pictures to the president of ACE but he never replied back after that .The cracking is extensive( over 7 feet long) and will cost over $5000 to repair. If we known about this defect , we could of negotiated that cost with sellers before closing.

They were responsive through every step of the way. They helped me through the process being my first time needing a home inspection. They were prompt and very professional. The report they provided was very detailed and helpful. They even gave us recommendations going forward with repairs. I do knot know much about home inspections or repairs but they made me feel like I can understand the whole process. So worth every penny and then some! Thanks again!!!
