Russ was punctual, professional, and thorough. Very nice guy and knows his stuff.
When initially contacting he asked a bunch of questions to see if hiring him was necessary verses just saying OK I’ll be out there to make a quick buck. I have a lot going on right now and am a bit all over the place – he was super patient with me and couldn’t have been nicer. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me during the appointment. Not only will I use him again in the future if needed I will be referring him to others as well!
Russ is your guy. He is extremely thorough and does a superb job. We’ve used him 3 different times and are extremely happy with his service. Fortunately for us he found some significant roof leaks on a home we were going to purchase using his infrared detector, that otherwise we might not have known about. With Russ, I never have to worry that something might get missed or overlooked. Very highly recommend for anyone that wants a great quality home inspection at a very fair and upfront price.
